I met Joe two years ago when I was first starting to look into buying a piece of land. I would highly recommend him as an agent. I felt he always had my best interest in mind throughout the long process which he always made me feel comfortable with, never tried to rush me into something. I finally closed on a piece of land that I love. I believe Joe had a big part in that.

Again if you're looking for someone that's going to be on your side, Joes the guy.”

Joe has been a great realtor for us we sold my mom’s house in Raymond N.H. He was on top of all the steps as we went through the entire process and communicated with us very well along the way. We got multiple offers in the first few days and were able to sell well above asking. I highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a good realtor.”

We had looked for a home for the past three years without any success, when we started working with Joe the giving up on house hurting turned into positivity, we put in a dozen offers that were rejected but even then he never showed hesitation or frustration when asked to send in endless offers. He kept us updated at all times, came to all our preferred open houses and advised us on all aspects to be considered, he connected us with the best finance personnels that we worked with to finance our current home. Have endless positive comments when it comes to Joe and his involvement in us getting our first home. But so you know, your desire to purchase or sale a home will become is personal commitment and he will work with all he got to make reach your goal of attaining it.
